Absences

 

Please call the school attendance line and leave your child's name, grade, and reason for absence.  Be as specific as possible, especially when your child has a contagious illness. If you call the school to report an absence, you will still receive a robocall.  It is not necessary to call the school a second time.

 

If your child has a serious condition or you are in need of immediate assistance, please do not leave a message on the attendance line. Call the school nurse directly!

 

Upon your students return to school, any medical notes will be helpful and kept on file in the student's health record. Please note that while parent notes regarding absences are informative, they will not be entered into the system. Only medical notes will be entered as absent reasons.
