Important Papers- September or Incoming Students

To provide the best learning experience for students and to work with parents/guardians closely we will need some important information to refer to throughout the year.  Please fill in the contact sheet, materials policy, and allergy form ASAP.  Each student should bring home a copy on their first day.  If you cannot find their copy, print one from below.
