CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS
It is expected that your child read at least thirty minutes each night, as this is part of the daily homework. Reading with your child is strongly encouraged. It builds a "reading life" and promotes a healthy reading habit. Your child is required to log their reading and complete entries in their reading notebook that captures their thinking while reading.
Everyday, students are required to bring their independent reading book, Reader's Notebook, pens/pencils & any other supplies for our class.
