Welcome to vocal music at Howell Middle School South! Come here for general music and choir! In addition to learning to read, write, and play music, students will spend time with music technology that will enhance their creativity. Students will compose with notation software, record and mix with digital audio studio software, and create multimedia presentations. 

 

There is nothing more rewarding than learning to play a musical instrument. At HMSS, students learn to work with classroom drums, Orff Xylophones, and electric pianos!

 

I hope you have a great time at "The Home of the Huskies!" Get involved! The students that get the most out of this building and its amazing staff are the students that got involved in the numerous clubs and activities. And if you are going to get involved, why not vocal music! Have a great year!
